I’ve seen so many different physios but Chris is the first I’ve been able to trust. He is extremely knowledgeable and works through a thorough long term plan for getting me back to triathlon and fixing the issue long term, and understands the importance of returning to sport. He explains everything really clearly, and helps me understand the recovery process and what muscles I need to focus on rather than just telling me to do some exercises without a reason why.
