How to Put an End to Back Pain!
If you’ve got stiffness, aching or low back pain – most people end up just leaving it and hoping it will go away. Maybe you just decide it is a 'spasm' and that everyone has pain in their back so it's probably nothing.

There’s no obvious reason why it happened – you try a few YouTube exercises, but it doesn't help.

We hear this all the time! Low back pain and sciatica is our most commonly seen problem in our Menston clinic, and people come from across Leeds, Bradford and West Yorkshire to see us with similar issues.

Something else we see all the time in our Physio Clinic is people who have been to the doctor, given painkillers and told to rest. This rarely helps long-term, and they end up going back again only to receive more painkillers and more rest. It is a major reason why people over 50 are still struggling with low back pain.
It can be very confusing to know what's best. Often people come to us feeling lost, not knowing what to do which is frustrating. It may feel better for a while - but then comes back!

The first step is to make a decision to seek help. You must then do the right exercises, avoid long periods of rest, and get real hands-on physio which is proven to help.
