What should I wear to my physiotherapy appointment?

This is a really common question! For a lower body issue, shorts or loose trousers are great.  For an upper body problem, a t-shirt or a tank top is ideal.

When will I see results from my appointment?

Everyone's journey is different.  Some patients will notice improvements after the initial session, though a full recovery can take a series of treatments.  Expectations will be outlined with you at the first appointment and we will work together to formulate a plan and track your progress.

Do I need to have a referral to book an appointment?

No.  CR Physiotherapy Clinic is a primary care service which means we can assess and treat you directly without any referral.  If you do have previous investigation reports or medical documents, please bring them with you.

Can I be seen at home or online?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can.

We offer home visits - these are £100.00 (to cover driving expenses and time).  Online consultations are fantastic if you are anxious about attending or in pain.  Both services can be booked through the Book Now link on the website.
